Integra Personnel, Inc. is a permanent/temporary staffing personnel agency
placing candidates from the clerical level up to management in many fields
of expertise. We have contacts with many employers in the Greater Puget
Sound area. To start the process, we need your resume, reference and
information on what you now want to do, geographical area, salary,
and benefit parameters-anything that will help us in our search for the
perfect position for you. After we receive your resume and when we
have a position for you (which is often on the same day we talk with you),
we tell you about the position, including salary range, description of
duties, and also who they are, so you can decide if you would like to
interview. We then get your permission to tell the company about
you. Integra Personnel never sends a resume of
information about a currently employed candidate without checking with you
first. If you are unemployed, it is not quite as sensitive an
issue, but we will abide by your wishes. We have found that fully informed
candidates do better on interviews and have a better feel for the
situation.
After the employer has reviewed your qualifications, we
set up an interview that meets with your and the employer's
schedules. After the interview we talk with you and the employer
on your thoughts, problems, likes and dislikes, and any issues that may
need to be resolved. A second of third interview may be
scheduled. When an offer is made, the employer will often make it
through us. This is of benefit to both the candidate and the
employer, because we can usually resolve and differences that may arise
without putting the candidate or the employer in a compromising position.
There is no monetary obligation on the part of the
candidate because the employer pays any and all fees associated with the
hiring process; nor does Integra Personnel require the
candidate to sign a contract that says the candidate will pay us back the
fee if something happens and they cannot keep the position. Things
happen; we know this. The only obligation on the candidate's part is
to work with us as we pursue a new career for you, together as a
team. Finding a new position is not fun, and oftentimes is not
easy. We are here to make the process easy and, hopefully, as fun as
possible.
