| The fee structure at Integra Personnel, Inc. for
permanent placement is determined by the annual salary and is negotiated
at the onset of the job order.
There is an unconditional guarantee for replacement for six months from
the start date of the candidate if they should leave for any reason. If a
qualified candidate is not located, a credit is issued for any subsequent
candidate, no matter the position. Payment can be made in full or in two
or three equal payments. Temporary staffing fees are predicated on the
wage of the candidate with a markup that covers administration costs of
the candidate and payroll expenses as well as costs incurred in securing
the candidate. These rates are figured on the salary parameters given by
you on what a permanent employee would cost. In our recruiting efforts, we
may find the salaries higher, at which point the hourly rate would be
adjusted accordingly. The temporary is, of course, our employee, so if
there is ever a problem, all you need to do is contact us...we fix the
problem. We stay in contact with our temporaries, so we can also apprize
you of any concerns the temporary may have.
